Public pages, demos, and workflow examples use illustrative or synthetic data. They are not connected to live accounting systems, financial institutions, customer records, or production finance environments.

Inquiry information

Use the qualified-inquiry form to describe the decision context at a high level. Do not submit account credentials, payment data, regulated personal data, or confidential source documents through the public website.

Information submitted through the inquiry path is used to respond to the request and evaluate a potential consultative engagement.

Security approach

We use reasonable operational measures appropriate to the public website and inquiry process. We do not represent that the service is certified to a particular security, privacy, or compliance standard, and no system can guarantee absolute security.

Decision responsibility

CFOassist supports review structure and decision preparation. It does not autonomously approve payments, make credit determinations, execute transactions, or make other consequential decisions on a customer’s behalf.
